You can exclude the blog category from your blog page by using this settings. The steps for configuring blog page settings are as follows:
- Login to Admin dashboard
- Go to Appearance>Customize
- Now, go to Blog Page Settings
- And check with blue tick mark on the check box to exclude categories on the Blog Page Settings.
- Click on Publish
