You have to select the specific header layout such as header layout 1 to have this option. This option may vary from different header layout styles.
The steps to setup Top Right Header Widget are as follows:
- Login to your admin dashboard
- Go to Appearance>Customize
- Now, go to Header Settings>Top Right Header Settings
- Click on Add a Widget button
- Select the desired widget from the list of widgets
- You can easily reorder the custom list of widgets by clicking on Reorder button
- Click on Publish button
