• Go to Appearance>Customize > Home Page Settings > Contact Section 
• Select the Header Style either Page or Text
• Select the page for Contact Section Title from drop-down box
• Enter the shortcode of the contact form in the Contact Form Shortcode field
• Select Background Type either Image or Color
• Select the desired Background Color
• Select the desired Text Color
• Click Publish button

Note: To get the above contact form follow the steps below.

• Go to Admin Dashboard >Contact> Contact Form > Add New
• Copy the following shortcode
• Paste this code in form field via Admin Dashboard > Contact Form > Add New
