Go to Appearance>Customize>Home Page Settings>Service Setting
Select Header Style either Page or Text. (If you have selected Page then you need to select pages from drop-down. And if you have selected text then, you need to write text on your own)
Enter the title for Service Section Title in the given text-box
Select the Section Layout
Select the number of columns to display from Services Section Column drop-down box
Enter the number in Total No. of Services in text box
Select the range for excerpt length in Excerpt Character
Select Image or Icon
Enter the title for button in Service Section View All Text text-box.
